“When booking the Guinness tour with the Big Bus hop on - hop off tour, make sure the bus operative immediately provides the separate Guinness Tour tickets. We were not provided tickets by the bus operative, we were denied entry into Guinness and had to wait for the next Big Bus bus to arrive at Guinness in order for that bus driver to issue the Guinness tour tickets. That was extremely stressful and annoying. A very bad example of poor customer service.”
